My brand new watch does not want to connect to my home WiFi network, stating that it's unsupported. I have tried several factory resets from the Wearables app. This applies to any WiFi network that is synced to my samsung account. Please help!! Not having the best first impression to be honest.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your Galaxy watch ultra not connecting to your Wi-Fi. There could be several reasons why your watch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network. For example, the Wi-Fi settings on the watch may be set to off, or there could be issues with the wireless networking you're trying to connect to. Give these links a try for steps to troubleshoot your Wi-Fi network and your watch: https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/mobile-devices/what-to-do-if-you-cannot-connect-your-samsun... and https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003084/#reset-your-samsung-smart-watch

Please note: Depending on the security settings of certain Wi-Fi routers, some routers may not be able to connect to the Galaxy Watch.

If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair. For in-warranty repairs: Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
