Galaxy WatchI was just charging my watch until it popped up with an overheating message. After I pressed OK, it went on to the emergency call face. After a couple of seconds, it was working fine. Has anyone else have had this happen?

Galaxy WatchWhen the watch detects overheating, it stops most functions until it cools down then resumes as normal. You may not feel any heat, but the internal sensors do and attempt to allow the watch to cool down before returning function. It's best to let the cooldown process complete without interfering. It is possible tor charging to cause an overheat condition.

Galaxy WatchA refurbished watch could have issues such as this. It depends on what Amazon classifies as refurbished. Some might define refurbished as used, but reset and "clean". The definition may also include returned items as, by law, they cannot sell a returned item (even if never used) as new. Look for the words "factory refurbished" when buying used or refurbished products. This usually means that it was a device that went in for repair (or was traded in), and the original owner was issued a replacement and the manufacturer put in new parts and inspected and approved the item for resale rather than tossing it out.
