after updating Watch 4 Classic to latest UI5 the speaker speaker volume is very very low now barely can hear any notification or ring tone sounds with volume set to maximum. Anyone else experience this?

Have you attempted to reset the watch through the Galaxy Wearables app yet?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with the low volume on your Galaxy watch 4 classic after up the update to One UI 5.0 and would be happy to look into this further for you. Please know that the Galaxy watch 4 series isn't compatible with iOS devices. Give this link a try for more information about compatibility: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00089822/

Since it’s strapped to your wrist all the time, it's a good idea to adjust the sounds and vibration settings on your smartwatch to match your daily activities. Alerts and system notifications can be customized to your needs, so you can rely on your watch throughout the day even if your phone isn’t in reach. If you have tried the troubleshooting steps and are still experiencing these symptoms I would recommend submitting an error report, as this will allow our Engineers to get a hands-on look at your symptoms.
