The vascular load is not registering my baseline. I wear my watch to sleep daily 

Galaxy Watch Ultra 2024 version. UI 8.0

The antioxidant still works but the Vascular Load never worked/registered for me. And as I stated I wear my watch to sleep every night since I've had it.
