I recently updated my galaxy watch ultra to the latest May 2025 update and no longer have the ability to transfer to a new phone under the general options only can disconnect and reset. Is there a fix coming for this? I've already cleared the cache partition and restarted the watch with no change.

Option is available on the Galaxy Watch 6 settings through the phone, but not through the watch. TNR7RSyd7c.jpg1750887137580.jpg

Then do it through the Wear app.  Works the same way. Been a while since I've done it, so I'm not sure whether you have to do it from the new phone or the old.

The feature is not available in wearable app for Galaxy Watch Ultra only the 6 Classic

Can you install the wear app on your new phone and set up the watch as a new device?  I believe when you do that, the watch will automatically disconnect from your old phone, as a watch is only allowed to be connected to one phone.  Multiple watches to a phone, but only one phone to a watch. If this does not work, open the support tab of the Members app and select "text help" to get someone to assist you.
