Unable to get English Ireland on Galaxy watch Ultra

Hi all, I recently bought the watch ultra which I love but when setting up for the first time I set the language, English(UK) but Ireland wasn't listed, I thought this was unusual, I had never come across this before. 

The software version is L705FXU1AXL1

I was wondering if this is for EU market or another region? I can't find out any information searching this

I'm actually really curious, is there much of a difference between Ireland English and UK English? I'm only partially familiar of the concept of one Ireland being in the UK and the other not so please forgive my ignorance

Ireland and the United Kingdom are 2 separate countries. The 6 Northern Ireland counties are considered by some as part of the United Kingdom, Ireland is in the EU and the United Kingdom is not.
