Would Samsung please give us a way to turn off the notification that the watch has disconnected from the phone when NOT wearing the watch? I see the settings in the app and the watch to turn off the disconnect notifications and I selected "None" but both state "while you're wearing the watch". I do not always wear the watch when I'm home. If I'm out of range of the watch, I get consent notifications that the watch has disconnected. I will have to turn off the watch whenever I take it off. Using a Watch6 but have not seen anything for any Samsung watch.
How did you turn the notifications off? I tried to do the same thing but my Samsung phone grays out the option to turn the notifications from the wearable app off...
I'm having the same problem with my galaxy watch 4 classic. I've turned off disconnection alerts in the wearable app like you did, which didn't help. I tried turning off app notifications for the app altogether, but the option to turn them off is greyed out in settings on my S22... I also can't turn off the notifications for the specific category of disconnection alerts because that category simply doesn't exist...
It's stuff like this that will stop me from buying any more Samsung products.
I have the same issue and use case as OP. I don't wear the watch at home much anymore, and work from home. So I get 2,000 notifications a day about being disconnected. Turning off Disconnect alerts does NOT fix it. I'm fixing it by disabling notifications for Galaxy Watch6 Manager. However, it's an annoying situation, and I think there should be a setting directly in the watch to address this.
