Trade-In Returned

Samsung sent back to me my traded in watch - only the watch and no strap and no charger. This is not what I traded in. 

I have videos and photos of what I traded in and what was returned. This is a breach of contract, a theft and I am not going to accept it. 

Below are 5 photos, the first 4 were of what I traded in and the 5th photo is of what was returned to me.

@OBA Sorry that you have discovered this. When you trade in a watch, you only need to send in the watch. No band, no charging puck, etc.

This is the end of my 24-year's relationship with Samsung. It is a share irresponsibility. The watch sent back was not even working.

I suggest that you charge it, then turn it on and check the serial number. If it is not yours, then call Samsung support.

I understand that they record the unboxing of every item received for their review, so call them ASAP. Not sure how long they store the video.

Only supposed to send in the watch itself. Nothing else. I've done this for both trade ins and mine have been approved.

I thought i read somewhere the policy states that in the event of a device not being accepted, only the device would be returned to you.
