I am very confused about the sleep timing  for the energy score on the watch app. According to this, the ideal time to go to sleep is between 11pm and 2am. I wake up at 5:30am, so if I went to sleep between those times, I would be a walking zombie the next day. It doesn't make any sense at all. It's bringing my scores down and basically making me feel like I'm doing something wrong. Then in the sleep section, it recommends getting 7-9 hours of sleep per night. So these two things are conflicting. Please change this Samsung. No one should be going to sleep between 11pm and 2am on a working week night when they need to wake up early. That is unhealthy.

Since the last phone system upgrade I have been getting sleep scores in the 30's and 20s.

It often misses 1 to 2 or more hours of sleep with a big gap and I am reasonably certain I didn't die for that period of time.

If I had that little sleep I would not be able to function

I think the gap is when my watch slides to a point where it is not in contact with my wrist. I am not willing to strap it so tight it stays put in all situations. My wrist does some normal expanding and contracting, plus I use a metal clasp band with the Classic Galaxy 6  which makes it look at feel like an adult watch, rather than the "Barbie plastic strap" feel.

So, it's just wrong sometimes, especially when I see those gaps.

I sleep from about 10:00 to 5:30.  It has recently started telling me to go to bed at 7:20 to 7:50.  So, it's messed up somewhere.

**bleep**? I sleep at night. WHY would it tell me to go to bed at 2:20 in the afternoon? You folks at SS have this entire ecosystem messed up. Please FIX this idiocy...1752501347874.jpg

I get suggestions to go to bed between and 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. when I have to get up at 4:30 in the morning! I do have a chronic health condition that interrupts my sleep daily, so I will always have a high restlessness score, but honestly, I don't think it takes anything we input into consideration.

@realaud, since you are the Galactic Samsung Care Ambassador, can you tell us how to send feedback to the programmers since, as you say, this is just a peer to peer discussion? That would be helpful. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I sent kind feedback about the Sleep Timing at 11 pm to 2 am only. If others do the same, maybe they will fix it.

This is totally messed up. Your assessment of sleeve consistency isn't based on anything scientific.
