Samsung watch 6 classic stuck in sleep

Suddenly, my Samsung watch 6 is stuck in sleep mode. I tried multiple times to turn off sleep but does not work. Tried turning off watch, but problem persists. Software is up-to-date. Anyone else have this issue and was able to resolve it?

Go into your wearables app in the modes and routines section and turn off sync mode with phone. If that works then turn it back on.

Do you have modes synced with  your phone? What happens if you turn sleep mode off from the phone?  Is it only sleep mode that does not turn off?
