Samsung Watch 8 not connecting

I am having difficulty connecting my Samsung Watch 8 using the wearable app. I have tried resetting my new watch, uninstalling and reinstalling the app to connect, but it did not work.

Hey, welcome to the community. I know this recent purchase must have been exciting, and it will be my pleasure to help keep it that way. There are a couple of things we can try to get your watch connecting to your device. They are outlined in this link.


 If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis, please provide the full model code and IMEI number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.

I have same issue with my watch 6 classic and yes they are aware of it. If you want immediate fix, I recommend ubreakifix store near you.

Try clear cache. Mine was doing this too but after clearing cache and cache partition it somehow connected with no issue.

I have cleared my wearable cache and the rest, but it still doesn't connect. I have a gotten a replacement, but the problem still persists.

I am having the same issue, can someone help me.

My wife as the same S23 Ultra and my Samsung connects to her S23 Ultra flawlessly to her phone, but it wont connect to mine.
