So question, I have tried creating a workout routine and I'll test it a bit more but....

 I like to use my galaxy watch to track heart rate and once my BPM go down a zone or 20~ BPM I know my rest period is done and am ready to do another set. 

 I currently track my weight, sets and reps in the notes app and can export them to CSV but is there a way to input into a workout to get that data over laying hr and also to keep track in one app vs many others? 

 For instance I'm on a push, pull, legs split 5x a week and it would be great if samsung health could help me track the entire workout so I can ensure I'm progressively overloading. 


 How do other power lifters / body builders use samsung health and/ or fitness wearable.

I use HEVY app to record my weight training workouts. You might want to check it out. You can use it on your watch and it records you HR while working out and you can log your reps and weights. It's a manual thing but at least you will know it's accurate.
