Samsung Fitness tracker GW6

I received my new GW6 today, went to run and noticed the fitness tracker was different. It shows the heart rate twice? It wasn't like that in the Watch5, instead of the first heart rate used to show the exact time you been working out.

This is called the workout screen, you can edit the layout to much degree, under settings.
