Galaxy WatchHi All,
I have the exact same issue with my GW Ultra after updating to the One UI 8 firmware they released a few weeks back. Same behaviour, same issue. I went through all the chat with support, clearing cache, reseting the apps, reseting the watch to factory etc etc... Then they ask me to send the watch for repair. It came back this morning with no fault found, all the hardware test have been passed... They couldn't reporduce the issue and dissmissed it as software bug....
Now I am stuck with support...

Galaxy WatchI have the same problem, whats weird is that even after the major update to UI 8.0, it is still doing the same thing. Clearly something more indepth as gone wrong. I have OSA and have been relying on the feedback from the watch oxygen monitoring during sleep to tailor my CPAP settings. Something needs to be done about this ASAP, I mean it has been months!

Galaxy WatchThis is the exact reason I need the sensor too. And its been months. Im left trying to find a technician to send it to to be fixed since samsung say they can no longer assist from the multiple error reports I am sending. But where I live they are all third party samsung affiliates and want me to pay to fix it.
Had I done something wrong or careless for it to stop working fair enough, but to now have to pay to fix something that stopped working because of a software update? It leaves a bit of a bad taste. They still insist its not the update
