I purchased an Active2 watch a little over a month ago for my mother.  The battery has never really held a satisfactory charge.  After a recent update it now won't charge at all, draining to zero percent battery.  I have tried several Samsung chargers that I know work to confirm its not the charger.  I factory reset the watch which did not resolve the issue.  The watch itself will display an overheat warning and get quite warm.
