Missing notifications

For the past few days, the notifications from my S24+ sync with my Galaxy Watch 6 ... BUT, the watch screen does not turn on, nor do notifications details show. I have reviewed settings on phone and watch, and all seems to be in order.

Please help. Thanks.

Have you turned OFF Smart Device selection and turned ON "Always show on both?"

Just checked for updates on my phone and watch. Both to-date.

@CEParsons Your screenshot is the UI 8 settings. This will not be the case for a GW 6. At least not yet.
