Galaxy WatchI have a 2025 Samsung Galaxy 7 smartwatch. I have not been able to set up the Irregular Hear Monitor to show on my Samsung A54 phone. Suggestions say to go to Health Monitor, ECG, Notifications. Push notifications shows on, BP calibration reminder is on, ECG report is on, but the Irregular Health Monitor is not showing as a choice.
A factory reset has been done on the watch, all apps updated; an ECG taken and the report shows on the phone. Both phone and watch turned on and off several times. I bought it for the continuous monitoring info 8 months ago, but it has never worked. Any ideas for a fix would be appreciated.

Galaxy WatchThanks for reaching out, Gumball1988. Support for US products is the focus of this forum. As your device is a non-US model information is severely limited. Galaxy WatchYou don't get this screen in the health monitor phone app? You have to set that up from the phone app. Have you cleared the app cache and data? Are you in the U.S.? Because I don't know why you would get the BP calibration option when the watch does not have a BP monitor. What version of the health monitor do you have? This screen is from v1.4.6.001

Galaxy WatchThanks for your comment, but I do not rely on it to monitor my health. However, I bought it for - AF monitoring as recommended by my cardiologist. All very well to do a manual one, which works fine, but when the AF events happen when one is asleep, the watch is useless. Advertised it can do it. Will be going to another brand I think. Thanks anyway, Cheers,

Galaxy WatchHi, I get the screen you show, but it does not show the Irregular Heart Rhytm option, but I can do BP calibration, and I can get a BP Notification. I have set it all up three times over, Factory reset, all the troubleshooting options I could find online, and cleared everything.
I am in New Zealand. My Health Monitor is the same version you show. My Samsung phone, and the watch have all the latest updates.
I have spent hours and hours trying to get this sort, and I am seriously thinking of quitting the watch, as it cannot do what I bought it for - AF monitoring as recommended by my cardiologist. All very well to do a manual one, which works fine, but when the AF events happen when one is asleep, the watch is useless. Not smart at all..!!! 🙂 Thank you for your interest.

Galaxy WatchPerhaps it has to do with the fact that you are in New Zealand and the laws there. This forum is focused on U.S. devices and apps and they may differ slightly between regions and laws differ on what can be offered. You might be better off looking for a forum for your region.
