Tech support found that "Notification Categories" under App Notifications/Google Messages was hidden and he revealed them. Then they were marked "Allowed" and thus the notifications are now coming thru.
Did you set it in the waer app to allow the app to send notifications to your watch? Wear app/watch settings/notifications/app notifications, select Google messages. And did you make it your default messaging app on the watch?

None of these have resolved my issue. Who can help? Notifications are not coming up in my watch or phone BUT if I physically go into the inbox I see them helllppp!
