Sorry to say, but measuring blood sugar isn't a function of the watch. To measure your blood sugar, you would need to purchase a blood glucose meter. Sensors that the watch 6 has Accelerometer, gyro, compass, heart rate, barometer, thermometer (skin temperature)

While the Samsung health app has a space to record your sugar, the watch itself is not a glucose meter. You have to measure your blood the old fashioned way.
