I am experiencing difficulties in sending quick responses when receiving calls while using the Galaxy Watch Ultra. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including resetting the watch and checking the Wear app settings, but the issue persists. Can anyone provide any suggestions or guidance to resolve this problem?

I can certainly understand your concern with the quick responses not showing up After testing on my watch, I verified there are only 3 options for quick responses when receiving a call. With further research I was able to see that the quick responses located in the Wearables app are only for messages. If you to go to settings > notifications > suggested replies > and tap on suggested replies it will provide you with more information.
