Galaxy WatchGood afternoon this is a screenshot of my trade in. I clearly sent in a galaxy watch 7 (ultra) I did not send in a galaxy watch 8 classic to buy another galaxy watch classic. I have been a loyal customer for years and all my devices are registered with Samsung. I have 1 galaxy watch 8 classic and I still show a galaxy watch ultra under my registered devices. I bought my watch at launch. How would I have a galaxy watch 8 classic to trade in at launch?. I update my devices annually and rarely do i have an issue. Look at my purchase history and also look at my registered devices. I show a galaxy watch ultra from last year. That's the device I sent in. Thank you

I did not want to post in this forum, I tried going through Samsung Customer service, but was told again that I sent in a galaxy watch 8 classic to buy a galaxy watch 8 classic at launch. That makes no sense.
