Galaxy watch 8 charger not charging

Hi, I recently bought a Samsung galaxy watch 8 from AT&T store. It stopped charging after a week. I have been since then trying to get support from AT&T and Samsung, but nobody is responding properly. I have spent hours of time on call as they put you on hold to check things back end, but nothing came out fruitful. Samsung says, you can ask AT&T, and Vice versa. I am very unhappy!

I am not knowing how to put up the solution for my issue, but I received a new charger from Samsung! I am very glad they responded well after some hustle! But Kudos to Samsung! thanks, my problem was solved. Also, A big thanks to all of the people who responded on this thread to help me. Thanks !

Have you tried a different charger to see if its the charger or the watch

I went to the At&T, they had a different charger, and it charger all fine. But, they are not ready to give me a replacement. They are saying, we just sell the Samsung stuff, so I need to ask Samsung for replacement!

Since it works on another charger it sounds like the charger that came in the box is faulty and you only need a new charger or charger brick and not a replacement watch.  I would suggest taking the charger and the watch to a repair center to have them checked.

Since the watch works and only the charger doesn't, you can get replacement chargers on Amazon to charge the watch or contact customer service and try to get a replacement charger.

It is the charging puck only that stopped working?

I get it yiu expect the puck to last longer, just buy a new puck so you can use your watch!

Have you tried a different charger block? I found out my charging port is what went bad but the cable thing is ok. Oddly enough, this is like the second one to do that for my watch charger. 🤔

If you just got the watch, it should be under warranty. Contact Samsung and get a genuine replacement (do NOT go on Amazon and get a generic replacement as others have suggested, as Samsung doesn't cover any damages caused by not using their chargers).
