Ever since i got the UI 6 update now my watch will no record my sleep at night anymore. 3rd night in a row after the update. It records my heart rate and stress all the time and at night but won't get my sleep anymore which is one of the main reasons for getting the watch in the first place. But I can't get it to catch my sleep for nothing. It won't even catch if I take a nap. This new update messed my watch up with bugs and glitches. I've always went with samsung but I'm thinking about switching to Apple. And try out their watch and new phone.

That's so frustrating! I hate it when updates cause more problems than they solve. Have you tried restarting your watch and your phone? Sometimes, that does the trick. If not, you might want to reach out to Samsung customer support - they might have some other suggestions. Good luck! šŸ‘ #techissues #sleeptracking

I've did everything. I used to work at Verizon tech support. It's definitely the update that did it.

Some updates might come with tiny bugs and glitches. As time goes, you will receive some minor updates that can solve the issue.

I understand. They should not have released the update until they know their are no bugs. The whole purpose of the beta program.

Hey. When I updated my watch to One UI Watch 6, things went south. The battery started draining like crazy, and the network connection was all over the place. But guess what? A software update came to the rescue and fixed everything.

We'll see. Samsung hasn't even caught wind of it yet it seems

Well, they are certainly not going to catch wind of it, if you (and others) do not put in an error report officially. Also, updates may be as bug free as possible on final release, but they cannot account for an individual user's particular configuration of watch/phone.

@UsuiReikiMaster I'm not having those issues with my GW6.

I don't think this would cause it but check watch Settings -> Security and privacy -> Wrist detection. See if this is off.

BTW, I've never had a Samsung watch record a nap. I don't think that is a feature.

Have you tried rebooting and/or resetting your watch?

They record naps as just sleep. I've checked everything and there is no reason for the issue
