Galaxy watch 6 classic hourly chime is not working

My classic 6 watch hourly chimes feature is not working. I did a backup and reset the watch. Still there is no difference.

Does anyone have a better solution.

I know this may seem like an obvious question, but is your sound mode enabled? Do other sounds work without issue?
