I've updated the watch and the software, but I still can't get the temperature cycle tracking option on Samsung Health. I've checked, and the UK is one of the countries where this has been rolled out.

My options still just look like this:

There is no option for Period Tracking with Skin Temperature Sensor, as all the documentation would indicate it should say.

Some reasons it might be it might have an issue:

  • Samsung Health Monitor (separate from Samsung Health) is not compatible with my Sony Xperia 5iii phone
  • My Watch5 was imported from China

Can anyone help with this?

Hello, welcome to the Community, and thank you for reaching out. You can try factory resetting the Watch, and doing a fresh reinstallation of the Samsung Health application. However, since you are using a non-Samsung device with it, and mentioned being in the UK with a Chinese model Watch 5, there could be international reasons as well as compatibility reasons for this. As your product is a non-US model and support for these models is very limited, please seek a support team for your area.
