I'm not sure if this is my device, but with the last May update, Samsung removed the ability to transfer my watch between phones. I checked the general settings in the wearable app and on the watch.I checked the "About" section on the wearable app and on the watch. The transfer option is missing.

I even attempted to use Smart Switch to transfer my watch, but the watch refused. Samsung, please fix this ASAP.

That is the current version. Have you tried uninstalling and reinsalling the app? As I said, there is no way they'd ever remove the transfer option. If reinstalling the app does not fix it, put in an error report

Then put in an error report - bellyaching about it here, on this forum, which is peer-to-peer help, is not going to get it fixed for you.  You must communicate with the developers. If developers do not properly update their apps for a new operating system, that's on them. so it is more than likely a conflict with some other app on your phone.  You just won't know until you put in a proper error report.

Because you keep posting about the same issue, and it's NOT going to get fixed by other users. YOU HAVE TO PUT IN AN ERROR REPORT. So, stop posting and do what you have to do.  The Samsung tech support people will not respond to any issue posted on a user forum.  But, you are right, I should stop wasting my typing fingers and metaphorical breath on telling you what you need to do.  Continuing to post about it will not result in any different outcome, except that it will be ignored, and you will still be left with  your problem.

Bro u free to remove everything u posted and ignore the post. At this point u haven't added any value. The point of a forum is to discuss issues and to see if others are having the issue.... which they are. If what u provided doesn't help, most ppl would stop. U kept going, just to argue and then give your definition of how to use a forum... man grow up

Note: didnt even posted the same issue, someone else replied with the same issue 😒

I see no reason to remove my posts.  If you want my posts removed, you will just have to delete your own post. They give you instructions for what you need to do.  If you don't want help, either don't post or follow the advice of what you were told to do.  If your problem persists, it's on you now. Even if other people are having the same issue (they are not, as your issue is the transfer option is missing), no one can identify the issue or fix the problem other than Samsung. Good Luck.

For people who stumbled upon this thread, I noticed that the Settings > General > Transfer to a new phone is hidden if your watch is not connected to a phone. It ONLY available when your phone is connected to a phone. If you are transferring the watch to a new phone, make sure the old phone is on. Transfer your watch to the new phone before factory resetting your old phone. If you've already reset your old phone or don't have access to it anymore, your only option is to reset the watch then you'll be able to connect it to your new watch.
