Hello,
Updated my Watch 8 Ultra today and the custom ringtone feature is back!! woohoo BUT sadly there is a bug with it. You are now able to select the custom tone from the wearables app and when selecting it plays on your watch, which is great, but when a call comes through, it still remains silent.
I confirmed by selecting a default tone and that works as expected.
Anyone else seen this with the new update?

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the excitement of the custom ringtones coming back to your Galaxy Watch Ultra. I know this may sound like a silly question but have you verified the ringtone volume is up for calls?

Yes, when setting the ringtone on the wearable app, if I select "Classic" it rings Classic on the watch with volume and works. It also works if I call my number. It will ring on both the phone and watch.
In the same test scenario, when I select my custom tone via the wearable app, it plays on the watch as expected but when a call comes through there is no sound from the watch.
The only scenario I haven't tested is if the phone and watch are connected on Bluetooth or remote via esim, I will test that today.

Galaxy WatchThank you for that information. So this only happens when your watch is on LTE at this time. Could you please test this feature with your watch connected Bluetooth LTE?

I tested this now, It behaves the same regardless if on LTE or Bluetooth.
If you select a predefined ringtone, it works perfectly as expected in both scenario's. If you select the "custom" ringtone, the phone rings but not the watch. The call is being recieved by the watch and it works as expected in terms of answering etc but remains silent.
We moving in the right direction as before the update I was not able to see the custom tone, i used the file copy method to get it ontop the watch but since the upgrade to the new version i can now see the name on the wearable app, it just behaves the same as it did before.
