Galaxy Watch 7 stuck on auto biking workout mode

Since the last update, my watch has been having issues with auto-workout mode.** Every time it starts a workout automatically, it won’t turn off. I have to restart the watch to exit the workout—otherwise, it keeps counting time indefinitely.

Has anyone found a fix this issue?

Make sure to power it off completely. If that dont work, set it down while it not moving, it may reset. But if both of those dont work, Backup your data then factory reset it

I've tried several time. It's still happening. I will factory reset see what happens.

Factory reset didn't work. I wiped the watch clean, and it's still acting up! Doesnt want to stop work out mode. 😩 #TechTroubles #SmartwatchFail

I'm having the same issue after the Watch UI 8 update. Not only does the the auto bike workout not turn off after trying to close but my metrics aren't being tracked.

It's crazy even after completely reset it I had to turn off auto workout mode to stop it from bugging!

I'm having the exact same issue since the update. I bike to work (about 20 mins), then 4 hours later says I am still biking, and when I try to end the workout it cycles forever and doesn't end it unless I fully restart the watch.

Mine stays up to 6 hours. They only thing you can do is restart the watch. I did a factory reset that didn't help. It went straight to do the same thing. Now i believe its a bug in the UI 8.

Same issue here. Really frustrating.

I have the same problem, I just turned off the auto detect. And manually start the biking exercise till it gets patch. It all started after the update
