I did two outdoor biking sessions:

- first using Polar H10 heart rate monitor with Garmin Edge 130Plus bike computer,

- second with Galaxy Watch 7.

Exactly the same route, the same time, the same average speed, almost the same average heart rate.

The first session shows 774KCal burned.

The second shows 1198KCal burned.

I trust the first more 🙂

Hello SergioTio, Welcome to the Community. We understand your frustration with the calories being off while using your Galaxy Watch 7. The Samsung Health app on your watch monitors how many calories you burn in real time and records exercise information, like your step count. It is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease. Available features, menu options, and settings may vary by the watch, wireless service provider, and software version.  Give this link a try for more information on how Samsung calculates calories burned: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003163/#learn-how-the-smartwatch-measures-bu...
