Galaxy WatchThe weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. 😡

Galaxy WatchI have the same issue. Today I finally installed an update on the watch hoping that it would fix the problem ... nope! after the update and another complete reset and a whole day wasted on this watch it is now finally as it was before ( no idea why but it didn't allow a backup!!!! 😠 ) ... surprise: after I was done and wanted to do a backup as soon as possible the watch demanded a reset again X_X ... I'm sick of it

Galaxy WatchI've had this issue over a month. It's on all my Samsung watches, 5, 6, and 7. Sent the 7 for repair. They replaced some stuff that I hadn't reported broken, took off my screen protector, sent it back. Reset it again - voila, same issue. I sent my 6 & am awaiting return. Moving back to Apple or another brand. Only shows me they don't give 2 F's about customers. Why would you allow people to pay this much money for your product and then not fix it immediately. The watch is basically useless unless you never leave WiFi, never update the watch or turn it off. **bleep**? Seriously Samsung. Be better.

Galaxy WatchI purchased the W7U LTE so that I could use the watch without being connected to my phone. Shutting down the LTE defeats the purpose of having an LTE watch. Also, as soon as my watch connects to my phone, the reset message stops. Go figure.

Galaxy WatchThe biggest thing I've learned from my experience with Samsung is to never buy any more Samsung devices. No more phones, watches, TV's, sound bars, and I'll definitely never buy an appliance of theirs from all the horror stories I've read on people having issues with their appliances.

Galaxy WatchIt's not really fixed is it if you are still doing the patch so unsure why a solution is marked when the problem still exists. Endless issues with this company they do not care about their customers at all.

Galaxy WatchI have Xfinity phone service and bought the watch through them. I have had it since 18APR and have had to reset it 13 times now. If my phone has to restart for any reason or if I get them too far apart and lose BT connection watch has to reset to reconnect

Galaxy WatchThe Samsung software has got to be the biggest piece of s- ever created. This issue has been plaguing their watches since they first started inflicting their product on the public. As far as I can tell in all that time they have failed to even recognize that there is a problem let alone fix it. Shocking. I warn everyone that asks about my watch about this issue and suggest they choose a different product. I could list other failings of their software but all pale in comparison to having to wipe all setting from the device every week or two and start over.
One thing that might be related. If there is another device in the area with active bt. I've just noticed that this happens a lot around my laptop when its bt is on. Maybe I am just around my laptop in general...
