The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. ๐ก
Yes I just purchased my watch 7 ultra a month ago and has happen to me twice so far seems like when intake my watch off my arm to charge it will disconnect and promp a full factory reset becoming very frustrating on an expensive device hard to believe samsung doesn't know this is a thing. It better be fixed soon otherwise I will be returning my watch as a manufacturer defect.
Yes this is a regular occurrence with the 25 ultra. I'm resetting every other week. It's getting annoying. Had the ultra watch since launch no issues with the 24 ultra but on the 25 it's constantly forcing a reset.
This is not resolved! I got my watch ultra direct from Samsung two weeks ago and have had to repair withe my phone 3-4 times a week. In doing so I have to spend hours rebuilding my watch faces (yes I have backup on and current). This watch is junk compared to my watch 5 pro. Samsung should be ashamed to sell this for the price they ask. Don't buy this.
I and it seems many others are having issues where our galaxy watches will need to reset and wont reconnect to our smartphones unless we reset our watch. Then when we go to reset and restore backup it will say watch is not connected to wifi and have tried different troubleshooting.
