Galaxy Watch 7/Ultra resetting

The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. 😡

Galaxy Ultra Watch same reset issue. Watch requires reset every several days. It appears to be related to the separation of phone and Watch for extended period of time. Very frustrating to have to reset to prepare for activities.

nothing yet?, my phone s24 ultra have already ui 7.0 but my watch still have the problem this is horrible i reset my watch around 10 times already im done.....

My ultra is now useless, the last forced reset causes massive power drain, the battery barely lasts 2 hours now. Thanks a lot Samsung.

Yep, same with my GW4.  I ended up buying a "backup" knock off on Amazon until i could get this fixed...

I already called Samsung this morning and the person who answered my call is not aware of what's going on.

yup, and crash logs keep getting sent in the background. and one hour of swimming equals 28 calories according to the watch. abo I t to jump.over to apple bc Samsung software is becoming trash

Has anyone else had this issue where your watch resets every time it gets too far from your phone or disconnected from your phone? For example, I forgot to wear my watch when I traveled to another city or switching between watches. When I came back and tried to use it again, it showed a message saying something like “reset your watch... disconnect & reset to re-pair your watch with your phone"  It basically wiped everything and made me set it up again like it was brand new. This has happened multiply of times. 

Is there a setting to stop this from happening, or is this just how it's supposed to work every time I use my watch again.
