Hi all, I just recently updated my watch 6 classic with the new update... im noticing that when I turn on my do not disturb icon on my watch it stays on for 5 seconds then turns back off . I've tried reboot and can only have this feature turned on by my phone. Is there a fix for this or is anyone having this same issue? Thanks

The fact that you are having a technical issue does not automatically mean you are doing something wrong. At no point did I indicate that. If you feel I did, apologies.

Attempting to replicate technical issues across devices is an important step in diagnosing whether an issue is universal or device-specific.

My inability to replicate your issue simply indicates that the issue is with your specific device, model, or combination of devices and is not universal for all Galaxy devices.

Please see my previous comments. I have provided potential troubleshooting steps as well as instructions for using the feedback mechanism and/or visiting a service center if troubleshooting fails.

I have the same issue... for now I just use bixby and all to turn on and it does and stays or else I have to do it from my phone.

If it works when you turn it on from the phone, why not just save yourself the grief and turn it on from your phone?  Put in an error report.

Because it should work from the watch!!!

So, you don't really want a fix. It should work from the watch, but right now it doesnt, so put in an error report and in the meantime turn it on from your phone.

I have the same thing and unfortunately, resetting the watch and setting back up from a backup file and as a new watch as well as clearing the system cache file on the watch and my phone did not fix it. No Samsung service center by me so I'm hoping it's just a software glitch and it gets fixed soon.

Don't count on it. Samsung doesn't care about its customers. There has been a long standing issue with Extended Unlock not working right and they still haven't fixed that. They "update" software only to cause more problems.

I've run into the same issue as well. Feels like an issue with the update, not an issue with our hardware.
