Hi all, I just recently updated my watch 6 classic with the new update... im noticing that when I turn on my do not disturb icon on my watch it stays on for 5 seconds then turns back off . I've tried reboot and can only have this feature turned on by my phone. Is there a fix for this or is anyone having this same issue? Thanks

Reset would be the next logical step. If that doesn't work, you may consider visiting a certified Samsung repair center to fully diagnose the issue.

Find one near you: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/

Well, did a reset and set back up with restoring from a backup and reset it, setting it back up as a new watch and still get the same problem: the do not disturb quick panel button shuts off after a few seconds. ๐Ÿคท

Would recommend visiting a service center at this point as the issue seems to be unique to your device.

NOT unique. Same issue with my GW6. It's infuriating that I have to spend so much time trying to fix Samsung's mistake. Watch cache cleared doesn't work. No routines set up. Not synced with phone. Only stays on when going through the settings, which completely defeats the purpose of a quick button.

Perhaps not unique, but totally unable to replicate which indicates whatever issue you are experiencing is NOT universal.

If you have exhausted all troubleshooting steps, visit the support tab in this app and send feedback. That is your only course of action.

You're using a SW7. Our issue is with the SW6. You can't attempt to replicate on a different device.

You are correct that the issue is likely unique to your device/model, as previously stated.

The inability to replicate on other devices/models indicates that the issue is specific rather than universal.

If you have exhausted typical troubleshooting steps, you can send feedback and/or visit a service center.

I actually have GW7 and am having this issue so it's not just the 6, but for me, the issue didn't start until after I updated to One UI8.

NOT helpful. Too many of us are having the problem. Just because you can't replicate it doesn't mean we're all doing something wrong.

No one said you were doing something wrong.  It was suggested that the update may have affected only specific models of watches.  If the update was bad enough to affect everyone it would be universal, the fact that it's only affecting *some* watches would indicate that it there is something going on between the update and those models.  The ability/inability to  replicate an error is a litmus test of universality of the error condition. Put in an error report.
