I've had the same problem. I called, after doing all of the steps listed. They told me to check units of measurements in the band settings. When I said that's not an option, oops, "the fit3 doesn't have a band setting for measurements." Seriously?!? I hope I can figure out how to shut off the audio guide. * edit. Can't find how to turn off voice guide. Ran through all the steps. Multiple times. Anyone else had this problem, as well? Open to solutions.
