Energy score suddenly not working? (Watch 7)

It was already a little dicey due to the score not updating with additional sleep.(Would see 2 hours then run with it, forgetting the next 4 hours when I'm back to sleep)

 

But suddenly today it just stopped showing completely. Any idea what's going on?

Watch 7 and s21 Ultra.

I had the same problem that seemed to occur after a watch firmware update.  I finally figured out that I needed to restore permissions to the Samsung Health, Samsung Health Monitor and Health Services apps.  You can find those by going to the watch settings screen and selecting Apps followed and then scrolling down to the Permissions manager.  In the Permissions manager, select Sensors.  That will allow you to make sure that all those health monitoring apps are selected.  The Health Services app does not appear on the watch app screen.  It seems to be a supporting app for the Samsung Health and Samsung Health Monitor apps.  If they don't talk to each other, then you won't get any sleep data.  My sleep functions started working again after restoring these permissions.
