Hi, I have been using the ECG app on the Galaxy Watch Pro 5.  Whenever you do an ECG, it sends a report to your phone.

I'd like to be able to download all of these reports.  I'd like them on my PC ideally.  You can share one at a time, but I have over 100, so it would take a long time to do each one individually.

Is there any way I can download them all at once?

To the best of my knowledge, there is no method to send this data en masse to a computer. You will have to accomplish this on an individual basis, as you have been doing already, one at a time. 😢

Oh ok, awesome! You might want to check out the Samsung Community for New Zealand in the future. They're definitely more on your time zone than we are here in the US, and will also have the most accurate info for your specific model of device. In July, we went to Seoul and I had the pleasure of meeting one of the New Zealand Community managers! Really nice and very knowledgeable.

Hi Dave36,

The information provided earlier appears to be incorrect. Contrary to what has been suggested, there is a straightforward method to transfer all ECG PDF files from your Galaxy phone to your PC. Interestingly, even Samsung customer service might not always provide this solution.

Firstly, you need to enable USB Data transfer on your phone. There are various tutorials available on YouTube that can guide you through this process, as it is not typically found within the standard settings but rather under notifications (accessible by pulling down the screen).

Additionally, I installed the "Link to Windows" app on my phone (along with Smartphone Link on my PC). While this may not be strictly necessary, I found it quite beneficial for multiple purposes, such as displaying messages, photos, and calls in real-time on my PC.

Once the USB connection is established, you should be able to access all files on your Android phone through Windows, including the Samsung Health ECG files in PDF format. The path to access these files is as follows:

<name of phone> -> internal memory - >Android -> data -> com.samsung.android.sheathmonitor -> files.

CHEERS!
