Galaxy WatchSwitched to Android from iPhone 1 year ago. Bought Phone, watch and earbuds in Dec 14th 2024 from Samsung online store. Watch has been losing battery (for the 3rd time) in 6-7 Hours - Made on online repair request and appointment with the service center and was told it was out of warranty (October 31st 2025). Had to call Samsung and was told that there was a glitch in Samsung's System. Sent the Invoice to Samsung 3 times and they still show it is out of warranty. Still had to pay their repair fee ($100 plus tax) and had to get back my watch and mail it in (Samsung received Dec 5th), Called today to get a status update and was told AGAIN that is out of warranty and have been on the phone with them for over an hour and being told again to send in the invoice.
Worst service ever - hard to imagine how such a huge company can fail in their service department multiple times and does not have access to purchase records. I will call the credit card company and see if they can assist. I will never buy samsung mobile devices again.

Galaxy Pro Earbuds - Issue within the 1st month
Galaxy Watch Ultra - 3rd time issue with the battery and now I still have no updates.
