Can you be more specific about under what circumstances Samsung Pay keeps popping up? Samsung Wallet cannot be uninstalled or "deleted" from the watch, so I don't know what you mean when you say you "deleted and reentered" the software. What do you mean the button will not respond? Does the back button not respond at all or just when long pressing to bring up Samsung Wallet?
