Can the charging bar be changed back to the charging ring for Galaxy watches?

Can the bar be changed back to the charging ring? I don't like this style.

Sorry, the new charging animation is not a change that can be reversed.

What's the difference? You only see it for a maximum of 5 seconds anyway - if you happen to be looking at the screen.

Unless you have Show charging info toggled on in Battery settings. In which case the charging animation will display continuously until charging is complete.

I have that setting on. and I only see the bar on my screen when I plug it in.  It doesn't even sit on my AOD or lock screen, just a quick flash when first connected and then it disappears.  The only thing showing on my AOD is the text showing the battery level, and the fact that it's charging.

And, even if it shows all through the charging cycle, are you telling me you watch the animation for entertainment?

On my Watch 8, the charging info, both the bar and time remaining, are displayed continuously while charging until fully charged. If Battery protection is toggled on as well, charging info is displayed continuously until watch is removed from charger.

My apologies, I didn't see that this was in the Galaxy watch category and you were talking about the watch. 

You don't charge your watch while you are wearing it so, again I ask you, are you watching the charging process for entertainment?  I put my watch on the charger and walk away until my phone beeps that the charging is complete.
