Can't Register Bluetooth Galaxy watch 4 Classic due to No IMEI

I have the Watch4 classic & for some reason I can't register it, because I can't for the life of me find the IMEI#. It's the Bluetooth version. I've checked the about section from top to bottom & I can't find it! I found the the S/N# which from my experience the IMEI# should be under it, but again it's nowhere to be found. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

You will need to register your device using your serial number.
