Whether wireless or with the watch charger, can my watch charge my phone? Whenever I try to change the host when the watch charger is connected between my phone and my watch it only lets me charge the watch and not vice versa. No. The watch battery size is like 1/15th your phone battery and with efficiency losses you'd maybe get like 10 minutes tops out of it, plus the watch can't put out very much power to begin with so you'd be trickle charging.
