Can Samsung Care+ warranty be transferred between devices?

I have a year left on Samsung plus warranty....I was told I can transfer it over to the new watch 6....then was told no....so what gives ...can I or cant I...............

I am happy to see you were able to get a refund. Please know per the Samsung Care+ warranty: No, you must enroll your new device in one of the Care+ products on Samsung.com at time of device purchase. Also, remember to cancel Care+ coverage on your previous device if you do not wish to continue protecting it. Yes...that's what I was trying or just move it over to new watch..but I'm not getting anywhere
