Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with the calories being off while using your Galaxy watch. The Samsung Health app on your watch monitors how many calories you burn in real time and records exercise information, like your step count. The burned calorie data is intended for fitness and informational purposes only. It is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease. Available features, menu options, and settings may vary by the watch, wireless service provider, and software version. Give this link a try for more information on how Samsung calculates calories burned: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003163/#learn-how-the-smartwatch-measures-bu...
The next step would be to submit an error report. This will allow our team of engineers to get a hands on look at the symptoms you are experiencing: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Community-Service/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692
I would also recommend reaching out to our S-Health team directly using this link: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Community-Service/Samsung-Support-Acknowledgement/ba-p/2300671
