For some reason from last week to this week my calories burned has dropped precipitously. A 40 minute walk used to burn ~350 calories (I'm a big person) but this week it's more like 200. I didn't touch anything in settings, my weight and everything are correct and still the same as they were last week. Any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with the calories being off while using your Galaxy watch. The Samsung Health app on your watch monitors how many calories you burn in real time and records exercise information, like your step count. The burned calorie data is intended for fitness and informational purposes only. It is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease. Available features, menu options, and settings may vary by the watch, wireless service provider, and software version.  Give this link  a try for more information on how Samsung calculates calories burned: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003163/#learn-how-the-smartwatch-measures-bu...

The next step would be to submit an error report. This will allow our team of engineers to get a hands on look at the symptoms you are experiencing: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Community-Service/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692
