Galaxy WatchOne can agree to and understand the terms and still not expect it to apply when the error is on the retailer's part. And, a supervisor should certainly have the leeway to waive the fee in such an instance - not just stick to, "we can't do anything about it, the computer automatically adds the charge to produce the RMA".
I don't buy any electronics online without first going to a store to examine it, or at least make sure the site I am buying from has a liberal and understandable return policy.

Galaxy WatchI just received a new Galaxy 8 classic watch. The moment, I opened the box I decided to return the watch.
The watch looks different as pictures on the advertising website of Samsung. The pictures are deceiving from the reality. The advertised watch looks matte, beautiful and classy what came it a very glossy, shiny childish looking watch.
I proceeded with the return to learn that there was a restocking fee of $12.38.
Restocking fee for what? I haven't changed my mind just send me the watch I ordered and the one which was advertised. #2 If bought at Samsung store and returned within 30 days there wouldn't be any restocking fee.
I called Samsung and complained to be told that there is a disclaimer on there website saying that pictures might be different due to lighting. They know what they are doing, It was done on purpose. Of course, I was emailed a link to restocking fee purchase terms which I checked when placing the order.
I'm keeping my Galaxy watch 7 which was a trade in and returned the new Galaxy 8 classic.
I feel betrayed by Samsung. I was there loyal customer for years buying and upgrading their watches, phones, tvs, appliances.
They just lost a loyal customer over $12.38 restocking fee for a product which looks different in advertisement and reality.

Galaxy Watch@HubertT I'm sorry that you had that experience. Before purchasing, I would recommend visiting a Samsung experience center or a local Samsung retailer to check out the devices before ordering. A restocking fee for an open box item is common for many items.
