App Screen Glitch

My Galaxy watch 4 classic has an issue. When I go into the app screen and rotate down it works smoothly. But when i rotate it back up. It glitches and stutter all of a sudden. I dont experience this issue with any other apps or notifications. Any similar issue??

I would recommend making sure you watch is cleaned properly and there is no debris stuck in the bezel. If you have tried cleaning your watch and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend resetting your watch back to factory default settings. Please make sure to back up your watch prior to resetting it and to also test your watch prior to restoring your back to rule out any third party apps.
