Hey Samsung, this post is solely for yourselves. Why do constantly lead people on? Im referring specifically to your 'find this device EVEN if offline' option that has not worked one single time in the past 4 years. But you must give up your location permission in order to use that feature. Well, that fake feature because it doesn't work. It never has worked, and it will never work, because if people can find their lost phones, they wont have to buy a new one. And then because theyve given up location permissions, you get to harvest that Data and sell it to all these scum bag marketing firms.

I lost my watch about a month ago, and i had all the all the options checked. The 'find this device even if offline' option, the absolutly redundant 'allow this device to be found' option that most people dont know exists until they lose something and then you tell them it cant be found unless you checked that option option, And all the permissions needed. Yet nothing about my watch shows up at all. Considering i wore it and used it everyday, i figured there would be a more recent location recorded other than the last time (allegedly) you gps'd my watch which was on June 24th. I lost the watch on October 10th. So being quite fed up with your business model of GREEDGREEDGREED!!!!! I decided to conduct and experiment. I took my other 5 samsung devices and conducted an experiment and wouldnt ya know? When i took them offline, not a single device was found. Even worse, is when i started the gps it gave me an address that was visited months prior, and not the most current location of any device.
Then i took them offline and wouldnt ya know? Not a single one was found. Anyone reading this prove me wrong. I hoped i just had a defective device but testing 5 others and getting the same with results really shows me some intention of your corporate greed structure.
But your salesman constantly hype up your lie that 'we can find your device' if its off, on, offline or whatever anyone else have this problem and wanna get a class action together & take back some whats been stolen?

Just to clarify, the people who are reading this on this community site are only other Samsung customers who try to help other Samsung customers (for free). Nevertheless, your post is insightful.
