So I drink green tea on a daily and eat salads almost every day. I also take vitamins with antioxidants in it,fruit and veggies vitamins and more. So every time I test my antioxidants level it always says low and how can this be? I feel this is a total gimmick and worthless so samsung shouldn't false advertise saying it tests this. What are anyone else's levels? Is it the same for anyone else like me?

Maybe you are not getting enough of the nutrients from the foods you eat.  Just because the foods contain antioxidants, does not mean you are getting a measurable amount.  It's also possible your body is not properly absorbing your intake. For instance, I have low potassium.  I have a potassium rich diet and take prescribed supplements, but I keep leaching potassium. It is also possible the measurements on the watch are wrong.  Unless you have some other means of measuring your AO index, you have nothing to compare the levels to, so you will just have to take the watch's measurement as a true reading or with a grain of salt.

All health features on these watches are based on algorithms and sensor inputs. If either of those are off, the information provided will be off. One UI 8, for example, crippled my Watch 7 Ultra's pool swim tracking, rendering all information from such workouts inaccurate.

So think of these devices as "general information" devices. They can tell you that you swam, but the specific details are pretty much irrelevant. They can tell you that you have some anti-oxidants in your blood, but the level is irrelevant. They can tell you your heart is beating, but the rate is irrelevant.

They're best for tracking TRENDS, but it's best not to put too much value in the specific data they provide.

Bear in mind that anything that's labeled "labs" is a work in progress.

People got along just fine without knowing their antioxidant index.  It is a gimmick, no one needs to know that information, and I do not believe it would be accurate or useful regardless what company or device measured it.  I would think the only useful information would come from a blood test. Same thing with the other bogus new measurement.
