Active 2 Watch Overheating

Wifes watch has the overheating warning come up on the screen about 4-5 times a day, not sure what to do, it's only two weeks old.

In my case my power charger is overheating my watch, I cool it down bc it was a bit hot than normal and then charge it from my phone wireless back and turned on try to charge it from your phone or buy a new charger also don't leave your watch on the charger for too long that makes the watch overheating too. This work for me, good luck everyone
