Thank you for reaching out to the Samsung Community, Members_UD83YtZ. I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your voicemail notifications. Pianodude58's suggestion is valid; Have you contacted your carrier about the voicemail notification not working? If there was a recent update, you may have to toggle the voicemail notification off and on. Try following the troubleshooting steps below and let us know if this helps.

1) Check Notification Settings
Go to Settings > Apps > Visual Voicemail (or "Phone").
Ensure Allow notifications is toggled ON.
Check Notification categories and verify that "Voicemail" or "New Voicemail" is set to Alert and not "Silent."

2) Refresh the Phone App Cache
Sometimes a minor glitch during the initial setup can cause sync issues:
Go to Settings > Apps > Phone (or Visual Voicemail).
Tap Storage and then select Clear Cache. Restart your phone immediately afterward.

3) Reset Network Settings
Since voicemail notifications are delivered by your mobile carrier, refreshing your connection can help:
Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset mobile network settings.
Note: This will not delete your data, but it will refresh your connection to the cell tower.
